How plans work
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Install NeuraOrder from the Shopify App Store and pick a plan. You won't be charged for 30 days. If you uninstall before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify: the plan appears on your regular Shopify invoice, in US dollars. You never give us your card details.
What counts as a product?
Each product variant with its own SKU that NeuraOrder forecasts. A t-shirt in three sizes is three products.
What if I go over my plan's limit?
NeuraOrder keeps forecasting your best sellers first and shows a banner suggesting the next plan. Nothing stops working.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime from the app's plan page. Shopify prorates plan changes. Cancel by uninstalling; your store's data is deleted 48 hours later.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Yearly plans cost 10 months' price for 12 months of use.
